Showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and an elegant design, this furniture exemplifies the distinctive characteristics of the Cantonese style. According to Yang Yi, a staff member at the exhibition hall of the Cultural Palace of Nationalities, “Following the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Central People’s Government allocated this set of furniture for use to the 10th Panchen Erdeni.”
